The company

ARQX Capital SA is authorised by FINMA as a portfolio manager under the Swiss Financial Institutions Act, and is affiliated with OSIF, the supervisory organisation responsible for its ongoing supervision. We act as an independent counterparty for family offices, financial institutions and private clients. We manage private capital across listed and private markets.

Activities

ARQX Capital SA provides portfolio management and investment advice across listed markets. We also originate and manage private market transactions, and offer them to our clients. All services are provided within the scope of the firm’s authorisation as a portfolio manager under the Financial Institutions Act.

  • Portfolio management

    Discretionary mandates for private clients, family offices and institutions, across listed markets and diversified asset classes. Allocation, implementation, monitoring and reporting are handled in house.

  • Investment advice

    Advice on individual transactions and on the composition of a client’s overall portfolio, where the client retains the investment decision.

  • Private markets

    Exposure to companies that are not yet listed. ARQX acts as investment manager to ring-fenced compartments of a Luxembourg securitisation vehicle, and offers the resulting instruments to professional and institutional clients. The instruments are issued and administered by the vehicle and its independent directors.
